Mountain Pure Water is an authorized distributor of Sentry H2O. Orders ship directly from Sentry H2O, the manufacturer, under a drop-ship arrangement — their warehouse packs and ships the system straight to your door rather than through a Mountain Pure Water facility.

Where things stand today

The written terms of that drop-ship arrangement between Mountain Pure Water and Sentry H2O are still being finalized — that's an open item on our side, not a secret. Below, we've mirrored what Sentry H2O has already published for its own direct customers, clearly labeled as theirs, because it's the most accurate public information available right now. Anything specific to a Mountain Pure Water order that isn't covered here — your exact return address, RMA steps, or order-specific timing — will be confirmed at checkout and by contacting us directly. We won't guess at a number we can't back up.

Shipping (Sentry H2O's published policy)

As of this writing, Sentry H2O's own published shipping policy states:

• Orders are currently processed within 7 to 10 business days before they ship (excludes weekends and holidays).
• Free ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
• $10 shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
• $20 shipping to Canada and Mexico.
• PO Box deliveries are automatically routed via USPS (their other carrier doesn't service PO Boxes).
• You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships — allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to go live.

Returns & refunds (Sentry H2O's published policy)

Sentry H2O's own published refund policy states:

• Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery, provided the system is unused and in its original condition.
• A return authorization must be requested within that 30-day window before sending anything back.
• Refunds cover the order amount minus return shipping; the original shipping, handling and any taxes paid are not refundable, and installation charges are non-refundable.
• You're responsible for return shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage in transit.
• Returns requested after 30 days are handled at the manufacturer's discretion and may include a restocking fee.
• Damage from overpressure, freezing, improper installation or misapplication isn't covered by a refund.

For a Mountain Pure Water order, start any return by contacting us first rather than the manufacturer directly — we'll coordinate the return on your behalf. Warranty

Sentry H2O's own published warranty terms:

• Lifetime replacement warranty on Sentry H2O's own filter housings.
• 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty on third-party components used in a system.
